For first-time extension installs, hair loss concerns, or major color changes, a consultation is required. This allows us to assess your hair and scalp, discuss goals, and create a personalized plan.

 

Please arrive on time with minimal hair manipulation prior to service. Bring inspiration photos and be prepared to share your hair history, including previous chemical treatments or medical conditions.

We understand that life happens. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.

Hair Health & Services

We prioritize healthy hair first. Every service is rooted in scalp wellness, integrity preservation, and long-term results.

Yes. We specialize in textured hair care, silk presses, extensions, and restorative services. Each treatment is customized based on your hair’s unique needs.

With proper care and minimal moisture exposure, a silk press can last 1–2 weeks. We provide maintenance guidance during your appointment.

Extensions

We specialize in premium I-Tip and K-Tip extensions, designed for seamless blending and minimal tension on the scalp.

When installed and maintained properly, extensions should not cause damage. We assess scalp health and hair strength before recommending installation.

With proper care, professional extensions can last several months. Maintenance appointments are required to ensure hair integrity.

Hair Loss & Scalp Care

Yes. As a Certified Trichologist Practitioner and Certified Hair Loss Practitioner, Tiffany provides scalp evaluations and tailored treatment plans for thinning, traction alopecia, and medically related hair loss.

Your consultation includes a scalp assessment, discussion of lifestyle and hair history, and recommendations for restorative treatments or protective styling solutions.

Hair restoration is a process and varies by individual. While results depend on many factors, we focus on science-backed solutions and long-term improvement.

Policies

We require advance notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. Please refer to our booking page for full policy details.

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, client satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of your service.

To preserve the peaceful, spa-like environment, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services attend appointments.
